11+ years of commercial real estate experience as Head of Property Management Governance overseeing 400+ investments across the US at TIAA/Nuveen Real Estate. As such, he was responsible for leading the company’s oversight of all third-party property managers and all Asset Transitions, Investment Reviews, Offshoring, Scorecards, Benchmarking, Compliance, Governance, Vendor, and Capital programs. He also chaired the U.S. Multifamily and Commercial Property Management Councils. Mike received his BSBA and MBA from Northeastern University and LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt while at TIAA

17+ years of commercial real estate experience in asset management, dispositions, operations and information technology at a large institutional investor Nuveen Real Estate and at a small value add private equity real estate fund Berkeley Partners. Experience includes managing multifamily, industrial, office and retail commercial real estate assets including management of ~900 Class A core and core plus Multifamily units in Northern California and Portland Oregon. Nick received his BSBA in Finance/Information Systems at the University at Albany and his MS in Real Estate Finance at NYU.

5+ years of real estate investing experience including partnership in a 49-unit property in Johnson City, Tennessee. Experience includes mergers & acquisitions investment banking on Wall Street and business development and marketing at Alibaba Group in China. Marshall received his BSBA at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his MBA in Finance at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
